The Reset Guide is attached for you to download or print. This is your anchor throughout the cleanse, offering simple structure, food lists, recipes, and self-care reminders you can return to again and again.

​

Before you shop for your winter goodies, take a moment to clear some space in your kitchen. This simple act helps create a sense of clearing for new energy.

  • Toss out old or expired items from the fridge and pantry

  • Clear one fridge area & one pantry shelf just for your winter favorites

  • Set out any tools you may want to use ~ blender, slow cooker, favorite mug, or anything else that makes cooking and nourishment easier

Important: You don’t need to buy everything on the shopping list.
Take a look at the recipes and choose the ones you’d like to try, then shop for those.

Movement

These gentle qigong & yoga classes supports your energy and aligns you with Winter's rhythm. Use them as a resource however works best for you.

 

They are lightly energizing, so ideally practice in the morning or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Always listen to your body to stay within your comfort zone and modify as needed.
