How does it work?

  • Before we start you'll get the Winter Reset Guide with shopping list, meal plans, recipes, and food prep ideas that you can customize for your preferences.

  • We'll have an Intro call to prepare.

  • Then for 8 days you'll enjoy the best foods, movements & self-care practices to support you in Winter.

  • There will be 3 gentle movement classes to help boost & balance your energy.

  • And you'll get daily emails with reminders & inspiration to keep you on track

What does the schedule look like? (All times ET. Everything will be on Zoom with recordings available)

  • Sun 1/14 10:30-11:30am: Gentle Yoga/Qigong

  • Sun 1/14 6-7pm Intro Call

  • Tues 1/16 9-9:30am: Qigong 

  • Thur 1/18 9-9:30am: Qigong 

What if I can't do these dates?

  • You can still get access to all the content and do it when it's convenient for you.

What will I be eating? 

  • All the whole, unprocessed foods and snacks you need to keep full and fueled!

  • This includes an abundance of seasonal produce, whole grains, healthy fats, nuts, seeds, beans, and proteins.

  • You'll be encouraged to avoid processed foods, dairy and sugar, but will be fueled by all the options so you won't feel deprived.

  • The guide will have recipes and meal suggestions that you can choose from, or you can create your own recipes.


Is this a detox? 

  • This is about clean eating and nourishment, not deprivation, heavy detoxing or extreme dieting.

  • Our bodies are naturally designed to detoxify when given high-quality nutrition and a break from processed, heavy foods.

  • If this is a big change for you, you may feel a detoxing effect.

  • I will address this and ways to alleviate it as we go through.


Can I drink coffee? 

  • If you're trying to break from coffee, this is a great time, as we'll be building natural energy through our activities.

  • If you feel ok with it, I suggest you take it with non-dairy milk and no sugar.


What about alcohol? 

  • If you're trying to break from alcohol, this is a great time.

  • Some women notice alcohol aggravates symptoms like hot flashes and PMS. If this is you, I suggest you go without to see the difference it makes.

  • If you are having joyful, celebratory moment with others, go ahead...but I suggest no more than a glass or two of wine during the cleanse.


What are the movement classes? 

  • The movement classes will work synergistically with the food to balance and invigorate your health and energy.

  • The classes are basic and ALL levels. They will be slow-paced and easy to follow, with clear instruction and ways to modify.


What if I can't make all the classes live? 

  • All the content will be recorded for you to do at your best time. 


What if I fall off the cleanse? 

  • You can just pick up where you left off.

  • Plus, I will be teaching you how so-called "setbacks" can actually teach you to eat more intuitively.

What if I want to keep going after the 8 days?

  • You can definitely keep going!

  • The Reset is designed to help jumpstart healthy habits that you can continue...It's a lifestyle, not a quick detox.

  • Many people say they feel inspired to continue the eating, exercise and self-care practices throughout the season.

Am I guaranteed to feel a difference? 

  • While I can't guarantee anything, if you commit to nourish your body with the recommended foods, movement and  self-healing practices, you should feel a powerful shift!

  • This reset is all about making a choices that raise your vibration and help you feel more calm, clear, energized, aligned and empowered.
