How long will I have access?

What will I be eating?

This includes an abundance of seasonal produce, whole grains, healthy fats, and clean proteins.
Is this a detox?

This is about clean eating and nourishment, not deprivation, detoxing, or dieting.

However, if this is a big change for you, you may feel a detoxing effect. I will address this and ways to alleviate it as we go through.
Can I drink coffee or alcohol?

If you're trying to break from coffee, this is a great time, as we'll be building natural energy through our activities. However, if you feel ok with it, I suggest 1 cup/day.

It is advised to eliminate during the cleanse. However, if you are having celebratory moment, go ahead...but I suggest no more than a glass or two of wine during the cleanse.
